The Chevrons
Lively young five-piece band from Northants led by the excellent front man, singer and guitarist Danny Connors. They play 60’s pop, soul, Tamla Motown and r&b covers. Heavily influenced by the Mod era they cover songs including the Beatles, Small Faces, Spencer Davis, Kinks, Rod Stewart, Four Tops, Martha & The Vandellas, Ray Charles, Sam The Sham and Toots & The Maytals. The band have a good following as the members are also in a successful original band called The Ladders who tour and support bands such as Paul Weller, The Blockheads, The Cribs and The Rifles.

NZZ Blues
NZZ Blues are a four-piece blues band from Southern France led by guitarist and vocalist Nico Zdankiewicz, one of the new breed of excellent young guitarists that are making a name for themselves on the current blues circuit. Nico draws on an eclectic mix of rock, blues, r&b, funk, reggae and jazz and has developed his own style whilst developing new sounds. His band boasts some highly respected and experienced musicians with Herbert Stengele on bass, Cyprien Jacquet on drums and Matthieu Durmarque on saxophone. Performing mainly original music and some standards, they have already toured extensively in France, Germany, Belgium, Holland, Luxembourg and Austria. Nico has recorded four albums; the third one ‘The Chicago Sessions’ was recorded in the USA with some of Chicago’s best American blues musicians and the fourth album was recorded live on their highly successful UK tour in 2009.
