CHRISTMAS MEALS AND CHRISTMAS DAY LUNCH

Join us over the Christmas period for celebratory dinners with family, friends and colleagues. The Walnut Tree Inn, Northampton, offers superb meals prepared with flair and care by our talented kitchen team.

Our Christmas menus feature traditional fayre as well as vegetarian and vegan options, keeping all of your party happy!

Christmas dinners

Throughout December, we will be offering festively themed 3-course dinners including coffee, complete with table decorations for just £38 per person.

If there are more than ten of you, you will need to pre-order, other than that please mention Christmas Dinners when booking. See the menu below or use the link below to download the menu.

Roasted Parsnip Soup finished with curry oil (vg) (gf)
Ballotine of Confit Duck, red onion marmalade, parma ham, orange salad (gf)
Goat’s Cheese Panna Cotta, pickled beets, candied walnuts (v) (gf)
Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Roulade, baby capers, fennel and cucumber salad (gf)

MAIN COURSE
served with festive vegetables and potatoes
Roast Turkey Breast with chestnut stuffing, pigs in blankets and roast gravy
Slow cooked Blade of Beef served with a red wine sauce (gf)
Poached Salmon Supreme new potatoes, green beans and a caper butter sauce (gf)
Puff Pastry Parcel of Wild Mushrooms, Spinach and Cream Cheese with a Madeira, truffle oil and tarragon cream (v)

Festive lunches

During December, we are offering festive lunches of seasonal fayre, freshly prepared on the premises, for customers who would like to enjoy a leisurely three course lunch including coffee for only £35.00 or £28.00 for two courses.

Christmas Day lunch

On Christmas Day, let someone else do the hard work! We offer a superb four-course lunch including table decorations, coffee and truffles for £87.00 (£52.00 for children under 13). Larger tables of up to 12 guests are available in our function room.
