Terms and conditions

Please note that a valid credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation, however we will not debit your card until the morning of your arrival at the hotel. Smoking or pets are not permitted in our guest bedrooms. Any damage caused to your room during your stay will be charged to your card including restitution for any consequent lost business.

Cancellations

Bookings must be cancelled 24 hours (by 3pm, the previous day) in advance of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 24 hour notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 100% of the total booking value will be charged.
